Marco has spent over eighteen years in corporate banking and financial intermediation, having held senior positions at Italian regional banks before founding SIFIN S.R.L. He specialises in structuring complex financing arrangements for mid-market companies across manufacturing and real estate. Marco leads all strategic decisions and personally oversees the firm's largest client mandates.
Silvia Marchetti
Head of Corporate Finance
Silvia brings twelve years of experience in corporate finance advisory, with a particular focus on debt structuring and acquisition finance for privately held businesses. She holds a postgraduate qualification in financial analysis and has advised on transactions ranging from working capital facilities to leveraged buyouts. Silvia leads the team responsible for preparing client financing proposals and managing lender relationships.

Davide is responsible for ensuring that all of SIFIN S.R.L.'s activities comply with applicable Italian and EU financial regulations, including those governing licensed financial intermediaries. He conducts due diligence reviews on all financing mandates and maintains the firm's internal risk framework. His background includes seven years in the compliance divisions of two major Italian financial institutions.

She coordinates between clients, advisors, and external counterparties to ensure that mandates progress efficiently and that clients are kept fully informed at every stage.
